底抽巷支护方案设计及围岩稳定性数值模拟分析 被引量:2

摘要 为分析和研究常村煤矿底抽巷的支护方案设计可行性和支护效果的稳定性,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件开展研究。根据经验设计底抽巷支护参数,开展数值模拟研究。对模拟掘支后的围岩稳定性和支护结构受力进行分析。结果表明,2305底抽巷受到2305工作面回采动压影响较为明显,巷道变形以顶板和左帮变形为主,2305底抽巷垂向围岩应力为18 MPa,略高于原岩应力;两帮锚杆受力较为明显,部分锚杆达到其极限荷载,而顶板锚索受力偏小,应加强矿压监测,及时调整巷道支护参数。 In order to analyze and study the design feasibility of support scheme and the stability of support effect of the bottom extraction roadway in Changcun Mine,the method of numerical simulation was used to carry out the research.According to the selection and experience of the previous support parameters,the support parameters of the bottom extraction roadway were designed,and the numerical simulation research was carried out according to the simulation parameters.The stability of surrounding rock and the stress of supporting structure after simulated excavation and support were analyzed.The results showed that the influence of mining dynamic pressure on 2305 bottom extraction roadway was obvious,the deformation of roadway was mainly the deformation of roof and left side,and the vertical stress of surrounding rock in 2305 bottom extraction roadway was 18MPa,slightly higher than the original rock stress;the stress of two side bolts was obvious,some bolts reached their ultimate load,while the roof was slightly higher,the stress of the anchor cable was too small,so the next step was to strengthen the monitoring of the mine pressure and adjust the supporting parameters of the roadway in time.
