摘要
以泰山隆安矿11305工作面为例,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场监测相结合的方法对巷道顶板支护进行了优化研究。通过调整锚杆、锚索的布置方式,分析掘进期间巷道变形和支护受力情况,得出优化后的支护方案可有效控制巷道的围岩变形,从而达到了预期支护效果,提高了掘进速度,降低了支护成本,为巷道安全施工提供了技术指导。
11305 working face of Longan Mine in Taishan was taken as an example,the support optimization of roadway roof support by combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement was studied.By adjusting the arrangement of anchor bolt and anchor cable,analyzing the deformation of roadway and the stress of support during excavation,the optimized support scheme can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway,thus achieve the expected support effect,improve the excavation speed,reduce the support cost,and provide technical guidance for the safe mining of roadway.
