摘要
为掌握曙光煤矿切顶卸压无煤柱开采围岩应力的分布规律及确定合理的切顶参数,通过分析留巷顶板的应力分布规律和留巷围岩的变形特征,将顶板的应力分布划分为5个分区,留巷围岩的变形特征划分为5个时期,结合1226工作面的具体特征,采用数值模拟的方式对切顶高度和切顶角度进行模拟分析,结果表明,1226工作面运输巷合理的切顶高度为11 m,切顶角度为15°,该切顶参数下留巷顶板的最大下沉量为220 mm,能够保障留巷围岩稳定。
In order to grasp the distribution law of surrounding rock stress of top-loading unloading and non-coal mining and determine the reasonable cutting parameters,the stress distribution of the roof of the retaining road and the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock were analyzed to divide the stress distribution of the roof into In five sub-areas,the deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in the roadway were divided into five periods.Combined with the specific characteristics of the 1226 working face,the numerical simulation was used to simulate the cutting height and the cutting angle.The results showed that the reasonable cutting height of 1226 working face transportation roadway was 11 m and the cutting angle was 15°.The maximum sinking amount of the roof of the roadway under the cutting parameters was 220 mm,which can ensure the stability of surrounding rock in the roadway.
