摘要
坚硬顶板薄煤层工作面回采过程中,沿空巷道受采动影响发生较大的围岩变形,底鼓现象尤其严重,严重影响了工作面的安全有序高速生产。本文以姜家湾煤矿8213工作面2213机轨合一巷为研究对象,通过理论分析、数值模拟、现场监测等手段,研究了坚硬顶板薄煤层沿空留巷底鼓控制技术,并在现场进行了工业性试验,实现了控制巷道底鼓的目的。
During the mining process of working face with hard roof and thin seam,the surrounding rock along the roadway is affected by mining to cause large deformation of surrounding rock.The floor heave phenomenon is particularly serious,which seriously affects the safe and orderly high-speed production of the working face.In this paper,the 2213 machine-rail combined roadway at the 8213 working face of Jiangjiawan Mine was taken as the research object.Through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site monitoring,the floor heave control technology of the thin coal seam along the goaf was studied.An industrial test was carried out to achieve the purpose of controlling the floor heave of the roadway.
