摘要 液压支架是大型机械化开采系统中必不可少的保护设施,关系到整个工作面的人员设备安全。然而井下环境的复杂性和特殊性对液压支架的使用寿命和性能造成严重威胁,特别是立柱作为重要控力部件,常因为表面腐蚀发生漏液现象,影响液压支架使用效能,制约生产进度。目前,表面防护膜技术已被广泛应用在立柱、千斤顶等的井下环境防护。本文分析了立柱材料表面腐蚀机理,并针对较为广泛应用的3种技术进行了分析,总结了井下环境防护膜应具备的综合性能,提出了潜在的表面薄膜防护技术开发的可能性。 Hydraulic support is an indispensable protection facility in large-scale mechanized mining systems,which is related to the safety of personnel and equipment in the entire working face.However,the complexity and particularity of the underground environment poses a serious threat to the service life and performance of the hydraulic support.Especially as an important control component,the column often leaks due to surface corrosion,which affects the use of the hydraulic support and restricts the production schedule.At present,the surface protective film technology has been widely used in underground environment protection of pillars,jacks and the like.This paper analyzed the surface corrosion mechanism of the pillar material and the three widely used technologies.The comprehensive properties that the underground environmental protection film should possess were summarized,and the possibility of potential surface film protection technology development was put forward.
