摘要
平煤股份二矿己二高强皮带输送机采用直接启动的驱动方式,对胶带、胶带接头、机架冲击较大,易造成断带、机架损毁等事故,严重影响原煤运输。针对这一问题,利用在用驱动架,改变驱动方式,消除上述隐患,提升设备使用年限。
A direct-start driving method was adopted in the high-strength belt conveyor of the No.2 mine of Pingdingshan Mining Group,with a large impact on the belt,the belt joint,and the frame,which may cause accidents such as broken belts and frame damage,which seriously affected the transportation of raw coal.In view of this problem,the in-use drive frame was used to change the driving mode to eliminate the above-mentioned hidden dangers and improve the service life of the equipment.
