摘要 寺河矿是我国乃至世界罕见的高瓦斯矿井,采用顶板高位大直径定向钻孔对工作面采空区和上隅角瓦斯进行治理,通过数值模拟研究确定合理的钻孔直径为153 mm,为解决传统的定向钻孔钻进工艺存在的诸多缺陷,提出将常用的滑动定向钻进与复合钻进工艺相结合的新型钻进工艺方法,并设计其在寺河矿5301工作面进行应用,现场应用的监测结果表明,新型复合钻进工艺提高机械钻速30%以上,钻孔轨迹平均弯曲强度(曲率)较小,为顶板大直径定向钻孔的高效钻进提供了可靠保障。 Sihe Mine is a rare high-gas mine in China and even in the world.The roof high-diameter large-diameter directional drilling is used to control the goaf and upper corner gas in the working face.The reasonable drilling diameter was determined by numerical simulation research to be 153 mm.In order to solve the many shortcomings of the traditional directional drilling technology,a new drilling technology method combining the common sliding directional drilling and composite drilling technology was proposed,and it was designed to be applied in the 5301 working face of Sihe Mine The monitoring results of field application showed that the new composite drilling technology improved the mechanical drilling speed by more than 30%,and the average bending strength(curvature)of the drilling trajectory was small,which provided a reliable guarantee for the efficient drilling of large-diameter directional drilling of the roof.
