空间已成为战争新的制高点,一体化联合作战是未来战争基本的作战形式。随着空间信息技术的不断发展,卫星地面站作为一体化联合作战的重要战略支撑,具有更加重要的地位。其支援保障效能是实现一体化联合作战指挥控制的前提,也是提高一体化联合作战效能的基础。通过研究分析卫星地面站效能指标选取原则,确立了其效能指标为设备可靠性能、数据可用性能、数据传输性能、安全防护性能、系统保障能力五个指标,并对相关指标进行了描述,为卫星地面站的功能研究奠定了基础。

Space has become a new commanding height of war, and integrated joint operation is the basic form of warfare in the future. With the continuous development of spatial information technology, satellite ground station, as an important strategic support of integrated joint operations, has a more important position. The efficiency of satellite ground station is the premise and the basis to support and to improve the effectiveness of integrated joint operations. Through the research and analysis on the principle of selecting the efficiency index of satellite ground station, the paper establishes its efficiency index as five indexes of equipment reliability performance, data availability performance, data transmission performance, safety protection performance and system support ability, and describes the related index, which lays a foundation for the function research of satellite ground station.
