《抱朴子内篇》生死观研究

《抱朴子内篇》是道教神仙理论的纲领性著作。葛洪在承认生死自然的基础上,惜生畏死、重生恶死,探寻长生不死之道,提倡“我命在我不在天”,强调生命的长短取决于自身,因而积极探寻养生延命之道。葛洪对生死问题的思考,以及养护生命的理念仍然具有极大的现实意义。

The Inner Chapter of Baopuzi is a programmatic work of Taoist immortal theory.GE Hong cherished life and feared death,valued life and aversion to death on the basis of recognizing the nature of life and death.He explored the way of eternal life and death,advocated“My fate is up to myself not by god”,emphasized that the length of life depends on oneself,so he actively explored the way of life preservation and extension.GE Hong’s thinking on life and death and the idea of maintaining life still have great practical significance.
