绿色发展是新发展理念的核心内核,而当前较为突出的农村环境问题对绿色发展有较大的负面作用。我们必须高度重视当前的大气污染、水污染、土壤污染等农村环境危机,深刻剖析引发危机的城乡二元结构、监管缺失、资金投入不足、法律法规不健全等体制机制原因,通过增强环保意识、加快推进新型城镇化建设、完善监管体系、加大资金投入、建立健全法律法规体系等政策措施,走出一条适合我国国情、民情的农村可持续发展道路。

Green development is the core core of the new development concept,and the current prominent rural environmental problems have a greater negative impact on green development.We must attach great importance to the current rural environmental crisis such as air pollution,water pollution and soil pollution,and deeply analyze the institutional factors of urban-rural dual structure,lack of supervision,insufficient capital investment,and inadequate laws and regulations that cause crisis,and enhance environmental awareness.Accelerate the promotion of new urbanization,improve the supervision system,increase capital investment,establish sound laws and regulations,and other policies and measures,and embark on a sustainable rural development path that suits China’s national conditions,people's feelings and local conditions.
