摘要
为了提高相同金相组织、不同化学成分和性能异种不锈钢的焊接质量,对具有相同类型金相组织的022Cr17Ni12Mo2和06Cr23Ni13奥氏体不锈钢的焊接性进行了分析,采用Gr-Ni钢舍夫勒图进行焊接材料的初选,重点介绍了异种奥氏体不锈钢焊材的选择及焊接工艺要点。研究结果显示,异种奥氏体不锈钢的焊接工艺重点在于焊材的选择,可按Gr-Ni钢舍夫勒图进行初选,但最终的确定还要进行必要的工艺试验和性能检测。此工艺方案能为异种奥氏体不锈钢的焊接提供一定的借鉴。
In order to improve the dissimilar stainless steels welding quality of the same microstructure and the different chemical composition and property,the weldability of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 steel and 06Cr23Ni13 steel with the same microstructure was analyzed.The primary welding materials were selected by using the schaffler diagram of Gr-Ni steel.The selection of the welding material and the main points of the welding technology for the dissimilar stainless steels were introduced.The results show that the welding process of the dissimilar stainless steels is mainly based on the selection of the welding materials,and the primary process can be carried out according to the schaffler diagram of Gr-Ni steel.This process scheme can provide some references for the welding of the dissimilar stainless steels.
