摘要
HFW焊管单头内毛刺修磨机主机通常采用钢丝软轴传动方式,由于软轴刚性不足,修磨过程中极易产生修磨轴心轨迹偏离的问题。为了解决这个问题,设计了一种三点式支撑导向机构,该机构主要由导向槽、导向槽底座、缓冲弹簧、导向轮、限位辊、导向板等部分组成。三点式支撑导向机构安全可靠,维修方便,应用于HFW焊管内毛刺修磨机上,能够很好地保证修磨的定位精度和磨削深度,修磨质量明显提高,表面粗糙度达到Ra12.5,并使工作效率和产品合格率得到有效提升。
The main machine of HFW welded pipe single head inner burr grinding machine usually adopts the transmission mode of the steel wire flexible shaft.Due to the lack of the rigidity of the flexible shaft,the deviation of the grinding axis track is easy to occur in the process of grinding.In order to solve this problem,a three-point support guiding mechanism is designed,which is mainly composed of six parts,including guide groove,base of the guide groove,buffer spring,guide wheel,limit roller and guide plate.The three-point support guide mechanism is safe,reliable and convenient for maintenance.It is applied to inner burr grinding machine for the HFW welded pipe,which can well ensure the position accuracy and the depth of the grinding,significantly improve the grinding quality.The surface roughness can be up to Ra12.5,and effectively improve the working efficiency and the product acceptance rate.
