基于激励源分析的整车怠速抖动问题研究

Research on Vehicle Idle Speed Jitter Based on Excitation Source Analysis

文章针对某乘用车整车怠速抖动问题,首先对抖动问题进行主观评估和客观测试,然后针对激励源即发动机进行惯性激励分析和燃烧激励分析,最后通过提升发动机的燃烧稳定性改善了车内怠速振动。该研究对于整车怠速抖动问题的解决具有一定的参考意义。

Aiming at the idling vibration problem of a passenger vehicle,the subjective evaluation and objective test of the jitter problem are first performed,and then the inertial excitation analysis and the combustion excitation analysis are performed on the excitation source,namely the engine,and finally the internal idle speed is improved by improving the combustion stability of the engine vibration,which has certain reference significance for the solution of the vehicle idling jitter problem.
