汽车螺纹连接结构的装配工具选型与装配工艺校核

摘要 文章介绍了汽车螺纹连接结构装配工具的分类,阐明了扭矩等级、装配空间、装配效率、作业环境和成本等因素对装配工具选型的影响,论述了通用化、工具空间、手部空间、装配角度、装配人机、全过程分析等装配工艺校核的要点,最后指出装配工具的选型与装配工艺的校核应并行开展并与整车开发保持同步,才能保证其在提高质量、降低成本和缩短周期中起到积极作用。 In this paper,the classification of assembly tools for automotive threaded connection structure is introduced.The influence of torque grade,assembly space,assembly efficiency,operation environment and cost on the selection of assembly tools is expounded.And the key points of assembly process checking such as generalization,tool space,hand space,assembly angle,assembly man-machine and whole process analysis are discussed.Finally,it is pointed out that the selection of assembly tools and the verification of assembly process should be carried out in parallel with the development of the whole vehicle in order to ensure its positive role in quality,cost and cycle.
