Analysis of Abnormal Noise of an Automatic Transmission Oil Pump of a Passenger Car

为了消除某自动变速器油泵异响,文章从激励源、振动传递、隔音以及油泵本体结构等多个方面进行了试验分析,掌握了异响的机理,并提出了有效的解决措施。试验分析表明,控制发动机的转速波动、降低激励输入、调整传动轴的刚性以及改变系统的固有频率等措施都可以改善异响。最终通过优化内、外转子与月牙形隔板的配合间隙,彻底消除了变速器油泵异响。

In order to eliminate the abnormal sound of the oil pump of automatic transmission,excitation source,vibration transmission,sound insulation and the structure of the oil pump body are analyzed in the paper,the mechanism of the abnormal sound is grasped,and the effective solutions are put forward.The analysis and test results show that the abnormal noise could be improved by controlling the speed fluctuation of the engine,reducing the excitation input,adjusting the rigidity of the transmission shaft and changing the natural frequency of the system.Finally,by optimizing the fit clearance between the inner and outer rotors and the crescent diaphragms,the abnormal noise of the transmission oil pump could be completely eliminated.
