摘要
政府在抗击新冠肺炎中把心理危机干预纳入疫情防控整体,发布紧急心理危机干预的指导原则、心理援助热线指南、公众心理自助与疏导指南,明确不同的目标人群的干预措施实施分级干预。新冠肺炎属突发公共卫生事件,分析新冠肺炎危机干预的措施,从组织体制、人力资源和干预体系三方面梳理我国在面对重大突发公共卫生事件时实施心理危机干预的重点。
The government incorporated psychological crisis intervention into the overall epidemic prevention and control in the fight against COVID-19,issued guidelines for emergency psychological crisis intervention,psychological assistance hotlines guidelines,guidelines for public psychological self-help and counselling,and identified interventions for different target groups to implement hierarchical interventions.COVID-19 is a public health emergency.This paper analyzes the crisis intervention measures for COVID-19,and sorts out the focus of psychological crisis intervention in China in the face of major public health emergencies from three aspects:organizational system,human resources and intervention system.
