面向竞争性研制的产品性能综合评价研究

摘要 为推动产品质量提升,优化产品性能指标,针对竞争性研制需方如何遴选最优产品的问题,本文建立了产品性能评价指标体系,将模糊层次分析法和客观赋权法相结合,对待评价指标进行主、客观组合赋权,得到各评价指标的综合权重。最后以项目实例分析证明该方法的合理性与可行性。 In order to promote the improvement of product quality and optimize product performance indicators,and aiming at the issue of how to select the best product for the demand side of competitive development,this article establishes a product performance evaluation index system,combines fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and objective weighting method to conduct subjective and objective combination empowerment of evaluation indicators and obtain the comprehensive weight of each evaluation indicator.Finally,a case study is used to prove the rationality and feasibility of the method.
