产业扶贫助农的问题及对策研究——以安康市岚皋县为例

A Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Industrial Poverty Alleviation:A Case of Langao County,Ankang City

精准扶贫是国家经济发展的需求,脱贫攻坚是贫困地区的头等大事和第一民生工程,也是贫困地区实现全面小康要跨越的关键一关。由于地区不同,扶贫方式也不尽相同。在扶贫实践中,因地、因村制宜的发展产业,还缺乏很多理论结合实际的经验。文章通过调研岚皋县产业发展现状,结合地方特色,借助互联网技术,结合高校智力资源,针对当地产业扶贫中存在的问题提出对策,促进岚皋县特色农作物的种植与销售,实现脱贫攻坚目标。

Precise poverty alleviation is a requirement of national economic development,and poverty alleviation is the top priority and first livelihood project in poor areas,and it is also the key to achieving comprehensive well-off in poor areas.Due to different regions,poverty alleviation methods are different.In the practice of poverty alleviation,the development of industries adapted to local conditions and villages lacks many theoretical and practical experiences.By investigating the status quo of industrial development in Langao County,combining local characteristics,using Internet technology,and based on the intellectual resources of colleges and universities,this article proposes countermeasures to the problems existing in the local industry's poverty alleviation,promotes the cultivation and marketing of specialty crops in Langao County,and achieves the goal of eliminating poverty.
