本文主要针对当前我国水利工程行业中EPC总承包项目安全管理现状进行分析,重点抓住EPC项目安全管理组织架构、管理制度和协调机制上存在的不足,并结合问题导向,从实际应用的角度出发,提出一系列科学合理的改进措施,从而形成高效的EPC总承包项目安全管理体制,推进国家在EPC项目的高质量发展水平提升。

This article mainly analyzes the current status of safety management of EPC projects in China's water conservancy engineering industry,focuses on the deficiencies in the organizational structure,management system and coordination mechanism of EPC project safety management,combines problem-oriented approaches,and proposes a series of scientific and reasonable improvement measures from the perspective of practical applications to form an efficient EPC project safety management system and promote the improvement of the country's high-quality development level in EPC projects.
