粤港澳大湾区背景下工业小城镇城市提质更新初探——以中山市小榄镇为例

Preliminary Study on the Urban Quality Improvement and Updating of Small Industrial Towns in the Background of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area:Take Xiaolan Town,Zhongshan City as an Example

本文以粤港澳大湾区传统工业小城镇——小榄镇为例,从小榄镇传统发展模式所呈现出的问题出发,通过城镇用地、交通体系、产业结构、行政制度四个层面对城镇更新提出建议,引导新时代背景下工业型小城镇的城镇更新发展。

This article takes Xiaolan Town,a traditional industrial town in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,as an example.Starting from the problems presented in the traditional development mode of Xiaolan Town,the paper puts forward suggestions for the town updating from four levels of urban land,transportation system,industrial structure and administrative system to guide the urban updating and development of industrial towns in the new era.
