摘要
社会工作在社区居家养老方面起着服务主导、资源链接、社会倡导等作用,它的介入会完善居家养老的不足,推动社会工作本土化发展。本文以该社区为例,剖析社会工作介入居家养老模式的发展。通过对该社区养老助老内容和配套措施的分析,归纳总结出社会工作介入社区居家养老服务的成功经验和不足之处并提出改善建议。
Social work plays a service-oriented,resource-linking,and social advocacy role in community home care for the elderly.Its intervention will improve the shortage of home care for the elderly and promote the local development of social work.This article uses the community as an example to analyze the development of social work intervention in the home-based care model.Based on the analysis of the content and supporting measures for the elderly in the community,the successful experiences and shortcomings of social work in community home elderly care services are summarized and suggestions are made for improvement.
