摘要 根据沪通长江大桥南引桥沥青摊铺工程实例,对配合比、原材料选定、机械设备配置和碾压施工工艺进行了简述。在长大纵坡引桥路面施工过程中,采用水平震荡技术使表面的结构层形成密实的封闭层解决了沥青结构层推移平整度差,严重车辙等施工难题。 According to the example of the asphalt pavement project of the south approach bridge of Shanghai-Nantong Railway cross Yangtze River Bridge,the mix ratio,raw material selection,mechanical equipment configuration and rolling construction technology are briefly described.In the course of pavement construction of long longitudinal slope approach bridge,horizontal vibration technology is used to make the surface structural layer form a dense closed layer,which solves the construction problems such as poor flatness of the asphalt structure layer and severe rutting.
