摘要
以水泥和建筑垃圾再生骨料为基体相,以聚丙烯颗粒为增强相,制备再生轻质混凝土新型复合材料,分析不同聚丙烯配比下该材料的综合性能,结果表明:聚丙烯颗粒的配比越高,再生轻质混凝土新拌浆体的流动性越大、表观密度越小、强度越低、吸水率先降后升,可以在轻质墙体材料方面有一定的运用价值和前景。
A new composite material of recycled lightweight concrete was prepared by using cement and construction waste recycled aggregate as the matrix phase and polypropylene particles as the reinforcing phase to analyze the comprehensive properties of the material under different polypropylene ratios.The results show that the higher the proportion of polypropylene particles,the greater the fluidity of the recycled lightweight concrete,the smaller the apparent density,the lower the strength,and the water absorption rate first decreases and then rises,which can be used in light wall materials.
