摘要
卡钳密封槽是制动卡钳总成的关键部分,密封槽的设计对卡钳需液量及拖滞力矩等卡钳性能直接相关;本文从卡钳密封槽总成结构、密封机理进行介绍,通过活塞受力及需液量计算模型对关键性能的影响因素进行分析,并提出相应的密封槽结构优化方向,最后通过台架试验程序对不同的方案进行了试验验证,对卡钳开发过程中密封槽的设计选型具有一定的工程指导意义。
The seal groove is the key part of the brake caliper assembly.The design of the seal groove has a great influence on the basic performance of the caliper,such as the liquid demand and drag moment.This paper introduces the structure and sealing mechanism of the seal groove assembly of the caliper,and the key performance is calculated by the calculation model of piston force and liquid demand At last,through the bench test program,different schemes are tested and verified.In the process of calipers development,the design and selection of seal groove has a certain engineering guiding significance.
