摘要
在国家与高校的推动下,创业教育蓬勃发展,旨在塑造大学生创业意识、提升创业能力。然而,现实中大学生创业意向并不强烈,相比较于高风险的创业,大学毕业生更愿意寻求一份类似于公务员类的长期稳定的工作。文章基于对创业意向领域文献的梳理,在明晰其内涵的基础上,探析个体创业意向的社会文化影响因素以及通过何种模型施加影响。通过对上述三方面内容的整理,回顾相关领域的发展脉络,以期为后续研究提供便利。
Under the promotion of the state and universities,entrepreneurship education is developing vigorously,aiming at shaping college students'entrepreneurship awareness and enhancing their entrepreneurship ability.However,in reality,college students do not have a strong entrepreneurial intention.Compared with high-risk entrepreneurship,college graduates are more willing to seek a long-term stable job similar to that of civil servants.Based on the literature of entrepreneurial intention,this paper,on the basis of clarifying its connotation,explores the social and cultural influencing factors of individual entrepreneurial intention and what kinds of models exert influences.Through sorting out the above three aspects,this paper reviews the development of related fields,in order to provide convenience for the follow-up research.
