摘要
EPC模式作为我国总承包企业承包国外工程项目的主流模式,充满了各种自然、技术以及项目管理风险,本文以中材建设贝宁水泥厂项目等5个具有代表性的海外EPC项目为例,对比分析国内EPC项目与国际EPC项目中所涉及风险的不同侧重点,指出我国企业在承包国外项目时的困难之处并提出解决措施。
EPC mode,as the main mode of contracting foreign projects by General Contracting Enterprises in China,is full of various natural,technical and project management risks.Taking five representative overseas EPC projects such as Benin Cement plant project as an example,this paper compares and analyzes the different emphases of the risks involved in the domestic EPC project and the international EPC project,and points out the difficulties of Chinese enterprises in contracting foreign projects and puts forward some solutions.
