摘要
车铣复合机床能够完成一次装夹下的所有加工工序,避免了多次换装引起的加工误差,加工质量好,加工效率高。然而由于该类机床结构复杂,加工中主轴运动形式多样,在复杂零件的首件加工中往往存在干涉、碰撞等潜在风险,给机床的高效使用和安全带来较大危险。文中基于VERICUT虚拟仿真平台,构建车铣复合机床的虚拟仿真加工系统,并对一液压壳体零件和五轴叶轮零件进行仿真加工,检验NC程序中存在的错误,预判加工中可能存在的危险情况,进而实现对加工工艺的提前改进,提高了车铣复合机床的加工效率,同时保障了实际加工中机床的使用安全。
The turn-milling compound machine tool can complete all the machining process under one clamping,because of avoiding the processing error caused by many times of changing,the processing quality is good and processing efficiency is high.However,due to the complex structure of this type of machine tool and the diverse spindle movement forms in processing,interference,collision and other potential risks often exist in the first processing of complex parts,which bring greater risks to the efficient use and safety to machine tool.The virtual simulation machining system of turn-milling compound machine tool was built based on VERICUT Virtual simulation platform in this paper.Simulation machining of hydraulic shell part and five-axis impeller part were carried out,and errors in NC programs were checked.Possible hazardous conditions in processing were anticipated,to realize the advance improvement of the processing technology.Through the application of virtual simulation machining,the machining efficiency of turn-milling compound machine tool is improved,and the safety of machine tool is guaranteed at the same time.
