摘要
目前社会创新人才需求日趋旺盛,机械制造业事关国民经济基础,更需要大量富有创新能力的卓越人才。机械工程实训作为本科教育阶段关键的一门综合性实践课程,对地方高校而言,更是综合创新能力培养的重点环节。对此,文章提出了以学、赛、训为核心的大学生综合创新能力培养模式,开展工程实训教育教学改革,并进行了实践探索。
At present,the demand for innovative talents in society is increasingly strong.The machinery manufacturing industry is related to the national economic foundation,also strongly needs a large number of outstanding talents with innovative ability.As a key comprehensive practical course in undergraduate education,mechanical engineering practical training is the key link of comprehensive innovation ability training for local colleges and universities.In order to meet the requirements of the times,this paper puts forward a comprehensive innovation ability training model of college students with learning,competition and training as the core,carries out the reform of engineering training education and teaching,and the practical exploration is also carried out.
