摘要
人参皂苷是人参中提取的重要药用成分,具有调节多种疾病病理发展过程的作用,研究证实其可在中枢神经系统损伤中发挥作用。本文通过整理相关文献,归纳在脑缺血时人参皂苷减轻兴奋性毒性反应、抗氧化和抗神经炎症、诱导神经干细胞分化以及维持线粒体稳定等方面的作用,并探讨其在缺血性脑卒中可能的神经保护机制。
Ginsenoside is an important medicinal ingredient extracted from ginseng,which can regulate the pathological development of various diseases.Studies have confirmed that ginsenosides can play a role in central nervous system injury.In this paper,the effects of ginsenoside on reducing excitatory toxicity,anti-oxidation and anti-neuroinflammation,inducing cell differentiation and maintaining mitochondrial stability are summarized by sorting out relevant literatures,and to explore its possible neuroprotective mechanism in ischemic stroke.
