胃癌是常见的消化道肿瘤之一,在我国大多数患者初诊即是晚期,晚期患者并发症多,生活质量极差。贫血作为其常见并发症不仅影响患者生活质量,还影响抗肿瘤治疗的正常进行。胃癌贫血在病因、发病机制及治疗等方面较其它肿瘤有所不同,本文对其进行阐述,旨在帮助临床医生加深对胃癌贫血的认识并为其今后治疗提供新思路。

Gastric cancer(GC)is one of the common tumors of digestive system.In China,most GC patients were diagnosed as advanced stage and suffered with many complications,leading to a poor prognosis.As one of most common complications,Anemia affects not only the quality of life of patients,but also the normal progress of anti-tumor therapy.The cause,mechanism and treatment of anemia in GC are different from other tumors.This paper reviews those in detail in order to help clinicians deepen their understanding of gastric cancer related anemia and provide new insights for its treatment.
