三种回收装置在烟草薄片白水处理系统中的应用

Comparison of Three Recycle Equipment in Tobacco Sheet White Water Treating System

本文通过分析江苏鑫源烟草薄片有限公司纸机上网浆料和网下白水的纤维形态,确定可回收烟草纤维的长度范围。针对可回收烟草纤维长度,研究弧形过滤筛、旋翼筛、帆布式过滤装置等回收装置的过滤筛分效果,研究表明帆布式过滤装置对白水的处理效果较好。

Through comparison of fiber morphology of tobacco stock and white water under wire,the length range of recyclable tobacco fiber was determined.Based on the length of recyclable tobacco fiber,the filter and screening efficiencies of different screening equipment such as sieve bend screen,selectifier screen,fabric filter,etc were investigated.The result showed that fabric filter was better than the other two for white water treatment.
