运动锻炼干预睡眠障碍效果的Meta分析 被引量:16

摘要 目的:运用Meta分析研究方法检验睡眠障碍的运动干预效果,据此提出针对干预睡眠障碍的运动方案。方法:运用Review Manager 5.3对纳入的17篇中、英文文献的1275名实验对象设置干预周期、单次干预时间、干预频率、练习时间段、练习形式、干预内容6个调节变量进行亚组分析。采用随机效应模型进行整体效应量、异质性检验。结果:1)运动锻炼对睡眠障碍的整体效应量为大效应量(d=-1.08),且具有统计学意义;2)干预周期(I^2=64.1%)、练习形式(I^2=82.5%)、干预内容(I^2=85.9%)对运动锻炼和睡眠障碍之间的关系存在高度异质性;单次干预时间(I^2=32.6%)、练习时间段(I^2=39%)对运动锻炼和睡眠障碍之间的关系接近中度异质性;干预频率对运动锻炼和睡眠障碍之间的关系为低异质性。结论:1)运动锻炼具有明显改善睡眠障碍的效果;2)中等强度有氧锻炼具有明显改善睡眠障碍的效果;3)采用每周锻炼3次、每次锻炼持续60 min左右、共持续16周左右的运动锻炼方案改善睡眠障碍的效果最显著;4)下午时间段进行运动锻炼对改善睡眠障碍的效果最有效;5)个人单独练习改善睡眠障碍的效果最佳。 Objective:To conduct meta-analysis on the effects of exercise intervention on sleep disorder, and the exercise program for sleep disorder was proposed accordingly. Methods: 1 275 subjects from 17 Chinese and English literatures in this study were included, the Review Manager 5.3 was used to do subgroup analysis, which set six adjustment variables: total intervention period, duration of single intervention, frequency of weekly interventions, time period of practice, form of practice, content of intervention. The random effects model was used to test the overall effect, and heterogeneity. Results: 1) the overall effect size of exercise intervention on sleep disorder was large effect(d=-1.08), which has statistical significance as well;2) total intervention period(I^2=64.1%), form of practice(I^2=82.5%), content of intervention(I^2=85.9)have highly heterogeneous between exercise intervention and sleep disorder;duration of single intervention(I^2=32.6%), time period of practice(I^2=39%) have moderately heterogeneity between exercise intervention and sleep disorder;frequency of weekly interventions has lowly heterogeneity between exercise intervention and sleep disorder. Conclusion: 1) exercise intervention has significantly effect to improve sleep disorder;2) moderate-intensity aerobic exercise has a significant effect on improving sleep disorder;3) it is the most effective way to improve sleep disorder by exercising 3 times a week, each exercise lasts about 60 min, and lasting about16 weeks;4) exercise during the afternoon session is most effective in improving sleep disorder;5) individuals whose practice alone improve sleep disorder significantly.
