基于企业亲密度的云制造服务优选方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对企业云制造服务优选问题,提出一种充分利用历史数据、主客观综合赋权的优选方法。从企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)全面获取服务过程数据,建立包含企业亲密度模型的、指标全面量化的评价体系。采用相邻目标优属度法,由用户确定指标间重要性,计算一级指标权重;基于极大熵准则,结合专家意见,用目标规划法确定二级指标权重;另外,对于冷启动问题,通过余弦相似性原理计算企业背景相似度评估新企业QoS评分。结合某汽车检测装备制造企业案例,验证了方法的实用性,该方法能快速辅助选择适合企业情况的服务提供商。 Aiming at the optimization of enterprise cloud manufacturing service,proposed an optimization method that makes full use of historical data and calculates index weights by the subjective and objective weighting method.The service process data is obtained from the ERP,and a comprehensive quantitative evaluation system including the enterprise intimacy model is established.Using the adjacent target priority degree method,the primary index weight is determined according to the degree of relative inportance defined by users.Based on the maximum entropy criterion,the weight of secondary index is determined with expert opinion.In addition,for the cold start problem,the enterpirse background similarity is calculated by the cosine similarity principle to evaluate the Quality of Service(QoS)score of the new enterprise.Combined with a case of automobile testing equipment manufacturing enterprise,the practicability of the method is verified.This method can quickly assist in selecting service providers suitable for the enterprise.
