摘要
磁力抛光机利用磁场的力量,引导磨具(磁针)做快速旋转运动而抛光工件。为了使磁力抛光机对45钢轴的抛光效果及效率更佳,从理论上分析了磁力抛光的工作原理、磁力抛光过程中磨具的运动方式和影响磁力抛光效率的因素,提出加入钢珠会提升抛光效果及效率,并对45钢轴进行磁力抛光实验。实验结果表明:加工频率、磁针长度均对抛光效果及效率有不同程度的影响;加入钢珠后,抛光效果及效率都有提升;最佳磁针与钢珠的质量混合比例为1∶3。
Magnetic polishing machine uses the strength of the magnetic field to guide the abrasive(needle)rapid revolving and polishing workpiece.In order to make better polishing effect and efficiency of the 45 steel shaft,the working principle of magnetic polishing,magnetic abrasive polishing process movement way and the influence factors of magnetic polishing efficiency were analyzed theoretically.It is proved that add steel ball can improve polishing effect and efficiency,and the 45 steel shaft magnetic polishing experiments have been made.The experimental results show that the machining frequency and the length of magnetic needle have different effects on the polishing effect and efficiency.After adding the steel ball,the polishing effect and efficiency were improved,and the optimal mass mixing proportion(1∶3)of magnetic needle and steel ball was obtained.
