摘要
探讨精梳设备精细化质量管理,提高精梳机设备运转稳定性的技术措施。运用aQura型测试仪,建立半制品棉结、短绒率的内控指标机制,检测设备除杂效果及纤维在加工过程中的棉结、短绒率的变化情况,合理地进行设备的维护、保养。特别应关注原棉的品质优选,原棉品质对产品质量的稳定和提高起到十分重要的作用。认为:在有足够容纤空间的前提下,尽可能增加锡林总梳理点并适当缩小锡林梳理隔距,以有利于精梳条质量的提高,达到提高成纱质量、降低生产成本、提高经济效益的目的。
Technology measures to fine quality management and improve operation stability of combing equipment were discussed.Premier a Qura tester was used to establish internal control index mechanism of neps and short fiber content of semi-finished products,detecting impurity removal effect of equipment and changes in neps and short fiber content during processing.The equipment should be properly maintained and repaired.Special attention should be paid to quality optimization of raw cotton,which played an extremely important role in stability and improvement of product quality.It is considered thaton the premise that there is enough space for fiber capacity,total carding point of the cylinder should be increased and carding gauge of cylinder should be appropriately reduced,which is helpful toimprove quality of combed sliver. Purpose of improving yarn quality,reducing production cost and improving economic efficiency can be achieved.
