摘要
探讨柔性压力传感器在纺织品中的创新应用。介绍了柔性压力传感器的工作原理、结构、工艺与性能,分析了当前柔性压力传感器的创新要点,及其在智能纺织品中的应用情况,分析了柔性压力传感器在智能纺织品中应用的局限性因素。认为:柔性压力传感器的柔性基底与薄膜以及其结构的创新研究,不仅是柔性压力传感器创新研究的重点,而且是推动柔性压力传感器与智能纺织品紧密结合的根本动力。
Innovative application of flexible pressure sensor in textiles were discussed.Working principle,structure,process and property of flexible pressure sensor were introduced.Innovation key points of current flexible pressure sensor and their applications in intelligent textiles were analyzed.Limitation factors of flexible pressure sensors application in intelligent textiles were analyzed. It is considered that innovative research on flexible substrates and films of flexible pressure sensor and their structures is not only the focus of innovative research on flexible pressure sensors,but also the fundamental driving force for the close integration of flexible pressure sensors and intelligent textiles.
