摘要 隔离开关是变电站内重要的高压一次设备,其二次回路发生故障将导致不能正常分、合闸操作,降低了电网供电可靠性。针对目前电力系统中因无法直接精准判断隔离开关二次回路故障位置而导致故障处理时间延长的问题,基于二次回路节点电压比较的思路,提出了用于快速定位隔离开关二次回路故障的方法和装置,采集各点的实际电压,并与该点标准电压进行对比,结合隔离开关的操作动作过程,快速判断故障位置。现场实际应用结果表明,该装置能够快速定位二次回路的故障位置,缩短故障处理时间,有效保障电网供电可靠性。 Disconnector is an important high-voltage primary device in the substation, the failure of the second circuit may fail normal opening and reclosing operation and therefore decreases grid reliability. The current power system operators can not directly and accurately determine the fault location of the secondary circuit of the disconnector, which prolongs the breakdown processing time. Based on the secondary circuit node voltage comparison, the paper presents a method and device for quick fault location of secondary circuit of disconnector to collect the actual voltage at each node and compare it with the nominal voltage and quickly locate the fault based on operation action process of the disconnector. The field application shows that the device can locate the fault position of secondary circuit quickly, shorten troubleshooting time, and ensure supply reliability of power grid.
