摘要
针对当前分布式储能的优化配置研究不适合大规模光伏接入的问题,提出了一种考虑规模化分布式光伏出力特性的储能优化配置方法。该方法采用蒙特卡洛模拟法随机模拟不同光伏接入场景,从而得到配电网允许接入的分布式光伏最大装机容量;基于相关土地规划,估算分布式光伏潜在装机容量;针对负荷曲线和光伏出力曲线进行潮流计算,根据电压越限程度确定分布式储能总功率及总电量。以一个低压台区为例,对整个优化配置方法进行了说明,可用于指导未来分布式储能的规划和建设。
Given the problem that the current research on the optimal configuration of distributed energy storage is not suitable for large-scale photovoltaic access, an optimal configuration method of energy storage considering the output characteristics of large-scale distributed photovoltaic is proposed. In this method, Monte Carlo simulation method is used to randomly simulate different photovoltaic access scenarios to obtain the maximum installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic that the distribution network is allowed to access;based on the relevant land planning, the potential installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic is calculated;power flow calculation for the load curve and photovoltaic output curve is carried out, and the total distributed energy storage power and total electricity are determined according to the voltage overlimit degree. Finally,by taking a low-voltage substation area as an example, the paper expounds the whole optimization configuration method, which can guide the planning and construction of distributed energy storage in the future.
