摘要
新创企业的先天缺陷要求企业必须通过构建网络关系来实现组织学习。关系学习作为组织学习的延伸,对新创企业的发展至关重要。对于新创企业而言,创业团队的行为整合程度势必影响企业的关系学习过程,那么团队内部的行为复杂性会对此过程产生影响吗?基于223份新创企业的跨期数据,研究检验创业团队行为整合、创业团队行为复杂性与关系学习的三个维度间的关系。研究发现:创业团队行为整合与关系学习的三个子维度(信息分享、共同理解以及特定关系记忆)均呈现正相关关系;创业团队行为复杂性对上述关系均展现出正向的调节效用。当新创企业的创业团队行为复杂性不同时,上述研究结果可以为企业如何更好地开展关系学习提供经验借鉴。
Due to the inherent flaws,new ventures should achieve organizational learning by building network relationships.Relationship learning,as an extension of organizational learning,is crucial to the development of new ventures.As for new ventures,the degree of behavioral integration of the entrepreneurial teams will inevitably influence the relationship learning process of the enterprises.Will the behavioral complexity within the team affect this process?Based on the data from 223 new ventures,a study is conducted in this paper to examine the relationship between behavior integration of entrepreneurial team,behavior complexity of entrepreneurial team and relationship learning.The result indicates that the three sub-dimensions(information sharing,common understanding and specific relational memory)of relationship learning have a positive correlation with behavior integration of entrepreneurial team.The behavior complexity of entrepreneurial team has positive regulatory effects on the above relations.When the behavior complexity of entrepreneurial team of the new venture is different,this research result can provide experience for how to better conduct relationship learning.
