摘要
针对目前电容电流值测量误差大、测量方式依赖性强的问题,提出了一种在线电网电容电流测量系统设计方案。系统采用可编程交流变频信号源和高Q值的50 Hz陷波电路设计,提高了注入的非工频信号稳定性。通过STM32型高速单片机和触摸屏组态软件进行过程微处理控制和信息交互,保证了操作的便捷和实时性。该测量系统通过可编程交流变频信号源注入非工频信号,推导出计算电容电流的数学模型,经仿真试验验证,测量精度在行业标准要求的范围之内,结果验证了设计方法的正确性、合理性,为消弧线圈接地系统的实际应用提供一种新思路。
In order to solve the problem of large measurement error and strong dependence of measurement method,a design scheme of online capacitive current measurement system is proposed in this paper.The system adopts programmable AC variable frequency signal source and a 50 Hz notch circuit with high Q value,which improves the stability of the injected non-power frequency signal.The process micro-processing control and information interaction are carried out to ensure the convenience and real-time operation through STM32 high-speed microcontroller and touch screen configuration software.This measurement system injects non-power frequency signal through programmable AC variable frequency signal source,and deduces the mathematical model of calculating capacitive current.The experimental results verify the correctness and rationality of the design method,and provide a new idea for the practical application of the arc-suppression coil grounding system.
