高中俱乐部网球运动员心理训练的实施和效用研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究的目的是考量心理训练的技术和效果,该心理训练的基本内容是放松训练和想象训练的组合。研究中选出了20名高中网球运动员作为研究对象。研究对象们在为期6个月的时间内接受了共计50次训练,每一次训练包括3~5min的想象训练。训练效果分析及结论如下:1.训练后各项的心理竞争能力均有所提高。通过将各项得分相加得出的总分表现出了显著提高。2.训练后特征性焦虑评分降低。造成行动压力的因素和降低竞争意愿的因素减少得尤其明显。3.训练前,运动员在运动中行动时充满了紧张感,因此比赛状态焦虑显示出低值。但在训练后,这些值转而显示为充满信心的相对稳定状态。 The purpose of study was to consider the technique and effect of mental training based on a combination of relaxation training and image training. Twenty high school tennis players were selected as subjects. They were trained fifty times for about six months. A training session consisted of 3 to 5 minutes of the image training. The effects were analyzed and the results were as follows: 1. Psychological competitive ability was improved in all the items after training. Total scores calculated by summing up the score of each item showed a significant increase. 2. The scores of trait anxiety decreased after the training.Decreased were especially significant in the factors causing the strain in action and the factors lowering the competitive volition. 3. The scores of competitive state anxiety showed low values due to the strain in action in athletic meets before the training. However,after the training,the values shifted to the competitively stable state with confidence.
