广州市小学体育课堂选材工作的研究

Study of Athlete Selection on the PE Class in Primary School

为实现"体育强国梦"背景下后备选材的需要,以小学体育课堂中的选材工作为研究对象,运用文献资料法、数理统计法和访谈法对其重要性、可行性进行研究,希望小学体育课堂中选材工作的重要性能被社会各界所认同,同时也为小学体育课堂中选材工作的实施提供一些建议。结果发现:小学体育课堂的选材属于基础选材的范畴,是我国"金字塔"式训练体制的最基础环节,能在最大程度上避免优秀苗子的错失。小学中不乏综合身体素质优秀,或是单项身体素质突出的学生,且小学生对于体育运动的喜爱程度相对较高。加之小学体育教师有能力承担、学校领导与学生家长都能够支持,小学体育课堂的选材工作是可行的。为科学、合理地开展选材工作,小学需做好前期条件准备、苗子选择和人才培养等三个环节。

Regarded the athlete selection on the PE in primary school as the research object,and used the method of literature,mathematical statistics and interview,to study its importance and feasibility. Hoped that society can realize the importance of the athlete selection in primary school and provided some suggestions of athlete selection in primary school. The results showed that the athlete selection in primary school belonged to the basic stage of athlete selection,it can avoid the loss of excellent relevant. There were many students with good physical fitness in primary school,and the pupils liked sports very much. In addition,there also were the ability of physical education teachers,the support of School leaders and parents,it is feasible to do athlete Selection on the PE class in Primary School. What’s more,in order to make the selection of athletes more scientific and reasonable,primary schools should prepare well and do seedling selection and talent training well.
