旋转多通道烘缸传热特性的数值模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 多通道烘缸可有效排除烘缸通道内的冷凝水,从而降低能耗,提高干燥效率。但是多通道烘缸旋转速度较高,很难通过实验方式对烘缸的冷凝传热过程进行测量。因此,本研究应用Fluent软件中的VOF两相流模型对多通道烘缸中蒸汽冷凝传热特性进行了数值模拟。以多通道烘缸的旋转速度作为变量,得出了冷凝水含量、传热系数及流动压降的变化规律。结果表明,随烘缸转速升高,通道内冷凝水量增多,传热系数及压降也增大,但是增幅趋缓。 Condensation heat transfer in multi-channel cylinder dryer was numerically simulated with Fluent software using VOF two-phase flow model.The rotational speed was chosen as variable.The condensate volume,condensation heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop were obtained.The simulation result showed that the condensate volume,condensation heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop were increased with the increasing of rotational speed,but the increase rate tended to decrease.
