摘要
融合发展是新时代党和政府对公共文化服务提出的新要求。本文以绍兴图书馆为例,选取文旅融合、图博融合、馆校融合与区馆融合四种融合建设发展方式进行对比研究,在此基础上提出公共文化服务融合建设的概念并展开内涵与特征分析,最后从资源融合、方式互补、用户共享、技术共建、平台统一与宣传多元等方面提出融合发展的服务效能提升策略。
Fusion development is a new requirement of the party and government for public cultural services in the new era.This article takes Shaoxing Library as an example,and selects four fusion construction modes for comparative analysis:cultural and tourist integration,graphic integration,library integration,and district and library integration.On this basis,we puts forward the concept of public cultural service fusion construction and analyzes its connotation and characteristics,and finally put forward service efficiency improvement strategies for integration and development from the aspects of resource integration,complementary methods,user sharing,technology co-construction,platform unification,and diversified publicity.
