乡村振兴战略下的农家书屋可持续发展研究

Research on the Sustainable Development of Village Library under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization:Based on the Theory of Use and Gratification

农家书屋是推动乡村振兴的重要精神文化阵地。本文基于使用与满足理论,对河南省新野县20个行政村农民参与农家书屋进行调查分析。研究发现,农家书屋建设为农民提供了接触和使用的均等机会,但存在农民使用需求不强烈、知晓率和使用率双低、需求未能得到完全满足、媒介印象不佳和后续使用持续性不足等问题。在乡村振兴战略实施过程中,农家书屋的可持续发展和提质增效应从受众角度出发,满足农民使用需求,增强书屋可用性,形塑农民阅读主体性。

The Village Library is an important spiritual and cultural position to promote rural revitalization.Based on the theory of Uses and Gratifications,this paper investigates and analyzes the participation of farmers in rural libraries in 20 administrative villages in Xinye County,Henan Province.The study found that the construction of rural libraries has provided farmers with equal opportunities for access and use,but there are some problems such as weak demand for farmers,low awareness and low usage rates,unsatisfied demand,poor media impression,and insufficient persistence of Subsequent use.In the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the sustainable development and quality improvement of rural libraries should meet the needs of farmers from the perspective of acceptors,enhance the usability of libraries,and shape the subjectivity of farmers'reading.
