摘要
以近现代保护性建筑湘江宾馆项目为工程实例,分析了移位工程的基础设计、轨道设计、托换结构设计、行走机构、牵引设计等关键技术。针对保护性建筑的项目特点,采用高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网对砌体结构进行加固,加固后结构满足抗震性能要求。设计多种基础形式以控制差异沉降,有效地防止平移工程对建筑的不利影响。对砖柱采用四周包裹式托换结构,对条基采用局部支点托换结构,并采用水平桁架提高移位结构的整体性;以60mm钢滚轴为滚动行走机构,运用同步液压伺服系统控制平移速度。
Taking the modern protective architecture Xiangjiang Hotel project as an example, the key technologies of the moving engineering were analyzed including foundation design, track design, underpinning structure design, walking mechanism and traction design. According to the project characteristics of the protective architecture, the masonry structure was reinforced with high-performance cementitious mortar and steel mesh web to meet the seismic performance of the structure. A variety of foundation forms were used to control the differential settlement to effectively prevent the adverse impact of moving engineering. The brick column adopted the surrounding wrapped underpinning structure, and the strip foundation adopted the local fulcrum underpinning structure, and the horizontal truss was used to improve the integrity of the moving engineering. The 60 mm steel roller was used as the rolling walking mechanism, and the synchronous hydraulic servo system was used to control the horizontal moving speed.
