摘要
近年来,以区块链技术为代表的数字经济的高速发展,使得区块链技术在金融、医疗、信息、公共事务等领域的应用快速升温,得到了世界广泛的关注和探索。以新型冠状病毒肺炎为例探讨区块链技术在流行病疫情防治角度的实践应用,以及探究区块链技术应用于疫情防治、人口追踪及资源配置的可行性,通过区块链技术完善现有流行病疫情防治系统,最终提出数字经济视角下的流行病疫情防治策略,从区块链技术的技术架构、激励机制、共识机制等层面分别设计针对流行病COVID-19防治系统的具体实现内容,旨在为未来区块链技术在流行病疫情防治方面提供一定的研究借鉴。
With the rapid development of the digital economy in recent years,the block-chain technology has been widely applied to the fields of finance,medical treatment,information,public affairs and so on,attracting great attention and being deeply explored across the world.Based on the novel coronavirus,this article discusses the practical application of block-chain technology in the epidemic prevention and control;explores the feasibility of applying it to epidemic prevention,population tracking and resource allocation,and improving the existing epidemic prevention and control system through it;and finally suggests an epidemic prevention scheme from the perspective of digital economy.In detail,specific plans will be made at the technical framework,incentive mechanism,consensus mechanism and other levels of block chain for the COVID-19 prevention and control system,in order to provide some research reference for the future block chain technology in epidemic prevention and control.
