摘要 以有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂为基础树脂,聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇、三聚氰胺为化学阻燃剂,可膨胀石墨为物理阻燃剂,制备了结构钢用水性超薄型防火涂料。采用高温加热、垂直燃烧法、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析、X射线衍射等研究了基础树脂与不同阻燃剂的配比对涂料防火性能的影响。结果表明:基础树脂、化学阻燃剂与物理阻燃剂的质量比为7∶11∶2时,所配制涂料的膨胀倍率达17.78倍,耐火时间为52 min且生成了高质量的炭层。该涂料刷涂方便,可明显提高结构钢到达屈服极限的时间,增加高温使用寿命。 Water-based ultra-thin fire-retardant coatings for structural steel were prepared using organosilicon modified acrylic resin as the base material,ammonium polyphosphate,pentaerytol and melamine as the chemical flame retardant systems,and expandable graphite as the physical flame retardant system.A series of methods were used to observe the influence of the ratio of basic material and different flame retardants on the properties of fire-retardant coatings,which include high temperature heating,vertical burning method,scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The experimental results show that the coatings have an expansion ratio of 17.78,a refractory time of 52 min and a high-quality carbon layer when the mass ratio of base resin,chemical flame retardant system and expandable graphite is 7∶11∶2.The coatings can be used conveniently for brushing,prolonging the time for structural steel to reach the yield limit and the service life at high temperature.
