摘要
采用溶液流延工艺制备了纳米MgO增强聚乳酸(PLA)薄膜。研究了纳米MgO质量分数分别为0.5%,2.0%,3.5%,6.0%的PLA/MgO薄膜的力学性能、阻隔性能、热性能等。结果表明:与PLA薄膜相比,纳米MgO质量分数为2.0%时,所制PLA/MgO薄膜具有最高的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,这归功于纳米MgO在PLA基体内的分散均一性。
Magnesium oxide (MgO) nanoparticles reinforced polylactic acid (PLA) films were prepared via solution solvent casting method.The mechanical,barrier and thermal properties of PLA/MgO films were investigated when the mass fraction of MgO nanoparticles are 0.5%,2.0%,3.5%,and 6.0% respectively.The results show that the PLA/MgO films in which the mass fraction of MgO is 2% achieves the maximum improvement in tensile strength and elongation at break due to the uniformity of MgO nanoparticles dispersed in PLA matrix.
