‘素心’蜡梅中花被片变色现象研究

Study on the Color Change Phenomenon of Middle Petals of Chimonanthus praecox ’Suxin’

蜡梅(Chimonanthus praecox)是中国特有的传统香花树木,其花中、外轮花被片常为黄色,故蜡梅花被片颜色的变化对于优良品种选育具有重要意义。采用实地观察记载、采样拍照及文献资料分析等方法,从内在机理和环境因素两方面对鄢陵县世界蜡梅园中‘素心’蜡梅品种花瓣变色现象进行综合分析,结果显示‘素心’蜡梅花瓣变色与基因和开花时外界环境因素都有一定的关系,这为后期培育不同花色的蜡梅新品种奠定了基础。

Chimonanthus praecox is a traditional fragrant tree in China. The middle and outer petals of its flower are usually yellow. Therefore, the change of petal color is of great significance for the selection and breeding of excellent varieties. In this study, field observation, recording, sampling, photographing and literature analysis were used to comprehensively analyze the petal discoloration of Chimonanthus praecox ’Suxin’ in the World Wintersweet Garden of Yanling County from the aspects of internal mechanism and environmental factors. The results showed that the discoloration of Chimonanthus praecox ’Suxin’ petals was related to genes and environmental factors during flowering, which laid a theoretical foundation for cultivating new varieties of Chimonanthus praecox with different colors in the later stage.
